100TC - Foreign

So I've decided that bebby Marius'll be a little DA representative of sorts. :3 *can't be bothered drawing herself in her DevIDs* And, uh, this is also an 100-theme pic (I didn't forget! Honest! Though this does bring the grand total of completed 100themes to, uh, two. >_> )

Why 'foreign'? It's a stretch, but Marius is wearing his country's (Rupa's) official ceremonial dress, the Pachalik, as well as waving the country's flag (the peacetime version, depicting a calm wind blowing across the horizon; the wartime version shows a sandstorm instead :3 ). I'm determined to design every aspect of this friggin' story if it kills me! >_< (though I've given up on the idea of ever making it into a story or manga of any kind. I'm just too lazy! >_> )

I'll maybe force myself to actually colour this properly one day, but for now, flat colours woo~ :3
